• Developing a regional network of administrative councils which will promote the change of local experiences and models of good governance and accountability in schools;
• Encouraging of a good governance, transparency and accountability of administrative councils for developing capacities and resources;
• Facilitating in functioning of 14 administrative councils through a good partnership with local authorities, businessmen, families,  students and service holders, for enlarging and improving the offered services to students, children and their families;
• Supporting democratic governance initiatives and experiences in school, through partnerships between students and community, parents and community, parents and civil society;
• Developing efficient practical models in democratic governance area and assuring a qualitative education, developing of recommendation from Ministries of Education from Romania and Republic of Moldova.

Project’s Results:

• Guide with practices for a good governance and transparency in taking decisions process from schools;
• Policy recommendations from Ministries of Education from Romania and Republic of Moldova;
• A network of administrative councils from Romania and Republic of Moldova, which will promote principles of good governance and accountability in schools;
• 140 persons involved in developing and implementing of 14 school’s action plans;
• 14 work strategies aiming to assure a good governance in schools, transparency of taking decisions process and school accountability for stakeholders;
• 70 persons trained in the field of a good governance an school management, strategic planning;
• A bilateral network of experts and trainers which work on developing of recommendations for governments from Romania and Republic of Moldova.
